We are youth-led at all levels – from our national Spark Youth Collective who shape our strategy and direction, to our local crew in south west Sydney who design and deliver our place-based work.
We are supported by our Board of Directors who look after governance, finance, risk management and compliance, and our sw Sydney advisory board who ensure we are accountable to and informed by community.
